  Staff was less than willing to help, we just wanted advice for good local riding. As we were going to leave, they pulled out a map and tried a bit. Overall poor customer service.

  These guys are great! Very competent. We brought a used bike with a weird setup in there and they spotted the problems right away, told us how they'd fix it, gave a quick estimate and sent us on our way. We picked up the bike the next morning and they had done more than we expected for less $ than we expected. Then helped us find some trails to ride. Great shop!

  Overall, I'd say this was the best bike repair shop I've ever used. I'm very happy with the service and price and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  While riding the local trails my bike broke, I took the bike to store where the staff had a look at it and diagnosed the fault in less than a minute. A very reasonable estimate was provided on the spot and I left the bike with them. Unfortunately parts had to be ordered, however the bike now works fine and the price was less than estimated.

  Been going to this shop for years. Always helpful and friendly. Quite possibly the best bike shop on the island.

  A superb bike shop! The staff know their stuff and even though it can get busy in the summer, they dealt with our bike rentals like pros. Cumberland is a 'real' place, honest and authentic. The MTB is developing all the time - we were helped out with a personalised route and map. There's a new trail map in the pipeline too. Go to Dodge City Cycles!
